Create an interactive word search

Enter your own words and the grid builds itself: the pupil finds them and marks them directly on screen.

A light way to revise the vocabulary of a subject or a topic. Found words are recognised automatically, with no manual marking.

How to create this exercise

1. Add the words to be found, one at a time.
2. Choose the grid size, the directions words may run and the letter case.
3. You can hide the word list or add a hint image from the Puro library.
4. Write the instruction for the pupil.

Tip: Replacing the word list with hint images turns this into a vocabulary exercise: the pupil has to name the picture themselves before they can look for the word.
